Under 19 Patient Maintenance Plan

This Maintenance & Prevention Plan is for patients aged under 16 years of age.

By signing up for this plan for a fee of each person is entitled to the following benefits within our practice:

	2 Dental Examinations per annum and any necessary cleaning at these visits...Plus any subsequent examinations or cleanings within the year will have a reduction of €15 off the normal fee!
	FREE small intraoral x-rays & 20% off large panoramic x-rays
	20% off the cost of Fissure Sealants
	15% off the normal fees for fillings & extractions
	€25 off a custom made Gumshield
	10% off Oral Hygiene products purchased within the practice
	Reduced fees for in house Consultations with our Specialist Endodontist & Orthodontist if required.

All the above for a monthly fee of €9.25
