Dr Gus Papathomas was adwarded his MSc in Clinical Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin, one of the first in Ireland to undertake this programme. His research thesis was on the use of Dental appliances in the management of snoring and sleep apnoea a topic that he has been treating patients with for over 20 years

August 2012

We hosted a fundraising Quiz Night in Flash's Bar Waterford along with the employees of Bausch & Lombe to raise funds for the Belarussian Orphans. Dr Papathomas & Dr Fearon subsequently travelled to Belarus in September to carry out dental treatment in a number of orphanages.

September 2011

We had a succesful trip to Belarus, 4 of our dentists and 2 nurses are travelled to an orphanage in September 2011 to carry out dental treatment.

Williamstown Dental attends The Genzyme, Waterford health promotion day. The day was a huge success with great interest in our dental plans. Along with the kind sponsorship of Colgate everyone went home with some Colgate products. One lucky winner will win a complimentary tooth whitening. - The winner will be announced soon

Mr Larry Browne from L. S. Browne Dental Laboratory in Surbiton, UK spends the day at Williamstown Dental assessing patients shades for Veneers & Crowns and assisting in adjustment of Splints for patients with jaw joint pains and headaches. Mr Larry Browne is in our practice every 2 months
